Dolores Minogue, Cathaoirleach of Louth County Council to officially launch the strategy. On the morning we also heard from Cllr. Liam Reilly, Chairman, Louth LCDC, Mr. Frank O’Brien, Chairperson Louth Leader Partnership and Mr. Andrew Forde, Dept. of Rural & Community Development. Thanks to Joy McKeon video productions for capturing the eve, to everyone who attended and supported the event, and a special thank you to Helen from Omeath District Development and Emma Coffey Vice-Chairperson of Louth Leader partnership who appear on the video!
